We lost our little Jamie on 1 June after a long battle with cancer. I contacted Karl five weeks prior and he was very helpful. I was interested to learn why he started his business and I could hear that he cared. When the time came, Karl quietly waited outside whilst my little Jamie was euthanised in the comfort of his home surrounded by all who loved him. Karl was very empathetic to my grief in all our conversations. I loved all the keepsakes (pendant necklace, key chains and photo urn). Everything was done so tastefully, and Jamie's body was handled with care and respect. Karl even made a special trip back to my place to return Jamie's blanket and plush bed. I highly recommend Perpetual Pets.
