I purchased $299 of Tassie wine (Devils Corner and Ninth Island) yesterday. BWS had advertised 25% off all wines. There was a yellow ticket on the wine showing $16.50 per bottle. When I went to the counter, I was charged $22.50 per bottle less 25% or $16.50 per bottle. I was told that the deal was that I would pay the cheaper of the ticket price or the normal price less the 25%. When I said that it was the same price, I was told that is how it works. Today in the paper, I can buy the same wine through the Bottle-O at $15.44 normal price or $13.90 each in a 4 wine buy. I buy a lot of wine through BWS but will not be back for principle.Ripped Off""

Staff can be rude without reason. Particularly the older guy around 60. He was unnecessary bullying a lady over a mark on her id. She was very obviously in her 30s. There was just no need for it. These people need to.be called out. This is a great platform for this.
