Whilst on tour of QLD, we were unfortunate to breakdown just outside Mareeba. Our luck changed when steve arrived from ringtail towing. Highly recommend, I called every company imaginable late on a PH and everyone seemed to put my situation in the “too hard basket” yet Steve and Geraldine came out at a time when very needed. They not only assisted me when I was in great need they kindly stored my vehicle at their yard until my new parts were ready “with NO FEES”! I broke down in a 6 meter long and high roof model, Toyota coaster bus motorhome near kurrimine beach.I rang Steve and I couldn't believe how short of time until my bus was on his truck and me and my husband where back home in Mareeba.he turn a bad situation I was in to having a coffee on my patio at home.

We have used Ringtail towing a few times now and can not fault them. When my Toyota LandCrusier broke down when we were holidaying in Karumba, they didn't hesitate to drive 10hours from Mareeba and pick up my car. We will always be grateful for their help.

Steve and Geraldine are offer a great service , value for money. They helped us in a very difficult situation, came out on a Sunday, pick up our bike and us and helped us repair the tyre so we were able to get back home. Highly recommend them and great value for money.
