After a bad experience with rude, disrespectful behaviour of Pharmacist in Wizard pharmacy, Bunbury I arrived at your pharmacy regarding specialised make-up for Rosacea. I was directed to a young lady who was not only highly professional and helpful but also went beyond good customer service by showing me products that specialise in upkeep of this annoying condition. Further she gave me samples to try. Thankyou.

Be wary of filling prescriptions here if you aren't on a concession as they price gouge. I filled a script here today I've been using for years because I had to at short notice. Same generic brand, same box - identical to what I normally get each month. I normally pay $7.95 from another pharmacy, however these guys charged $20.95 for the same thing! Why the price difference? Because they can set whatever price they want to". More than 2.6x the price! Should be illegal

I picked up a script for daily medication I use. Paid $30 while 2 months earlier at Terry White Australind I paid $20 for the same. Figured that prices might have gone up like with anything else, but then found out Chemist Warehouse sells and delivers same meds for $16.It is a small $ amount for me, even on annual basis, but makes one think how much others get overcharged on their medication. I will not be going back here.

I would like to tell people that this chemmart is very much racist as I am being asian went to their store other day as was suffering from accute cough and wanted immediate attention and it was 7:58pm as thet were suppose to close by 8pm, she didnt open the doors to me but there was white woman who were behind me and got in and I was told that it si shut as It is 8pm and was not paid attention and left me in really bad state. I feel sorry for such sick minds and hope for their wellbeing.

I am on a concession card, when placing a script here I was not told there were no PBS scripts available for my medicine when I asked if they had stock before placing my script. It was not until I questioned why it was $70 at the register was I told that this is all they had and all other pharmacies were out of stock. When I said I had got the PBS script filled at another pharmacy 2 weeks earlier, I was basically told it wasn't for this 'one' (medicine brand). I am not happy. I will just make the drive to Bunbury again next time.

Just bought a CPAP machine for my daughter after a 4 week trial. Shaz looked after the whole process through and through. She wears so patient and kind and answered to all of our questions. No stress and no hurrying up. Thank you so much Shaz and all the team at Terrywhite Eaton. You guys are so helpful and kind always.
