Hands down best salon I've been to. Not hard to see why they are voted 'best in the west'. You definitely get what you pay for. High level of expertise, excellent customer service, and great team work. If you're not sure what you would like done, they are very suggestive and make sure you're happy with the whole process. I won't be going anywhere else☺️

The girls here did wonders trying to colour correct my hair in one session before a wedding. They managed to fit me in last minute after another salon cancelled on me. They removed all of the green tones from my hair and corrected my blonde! Very experienced, comfortable and friendly environment! 5 stars.

What a wonderful salon. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with my stylist Chloe and the great customer service from all of the team members at the Sunbury salon. I love the product lines they use. I had a colour service, conditioning treatment and blowdry and style done. I was so pleased with the results, I booked my next appt before leaving. Also my blowdry and style lasted for several days, which was great.

What a great salon! Naomi did an amazing job on my hair and really knows her stuff. The rest of the LATH team were awesome too and made me feel welcome. Today was my first experience at the salon and I couldn't have been happier with the results.

I went from blonde to brunette and added extensions and the compliments I had when I went into work the next day made me feel amazing. The girls were awesome I had so much fun and had an awesome experience. My weft is comfortable and I can’t even notice them in really apart from having long hair now. All blended beautifully. Thank you to the girls I can’t wait to come back in in six weeks for maintenance xxx

I have been coming to Lady and the Hair in Sunbury for approximately 8 months and can not speak highly enough of the staff and the service provided.Naomi is amazing at what she does and my extension are gorgeous every time <3They are all so on the ball and accomodating - Free drinks and snacks available as well and Jelena gives the best head massages EVER!Thank you for all your hard work ladies, you're amazing!

First time at the salon and they were very welcoming and attentive. Always offered snacks and drinks and has a reclining and comfy chair to wash your hair at the basin. They also provided after care guidance with budget friendly options and did not try to over sell those products, which I still bought anyway because I needed new shampoo. Overall a very lovely experience.

Was such an amazing experience, hairdressers were really nice and welcoming. They spend some time with me discussing what I wanted and were able to successfully get my hair how I wanted. Highly recommend this salon.

Naomi at lady and the hair Sunbury is fantastic ! She is so good at collaborating with you and bringing your ideas to life. The whole process I felt comfortable, She listened to my wants, clearly explain how we could achieve it and was very transparent with the pricing as she quoted me before I committed to the service. Sitting getting my hair done you can see how knowledgeable she is about hair and the support she gives to younger staff . Amazing every time
