Happy Nails Salon & Spa

I decided the try this place after hearing it was under new management, happy that I did, great friendly service, tea, coffee or water offered and a but if chat, great shellac pedi for $50, definitely be back.

Staff were so rude. I had to ask a number of times for them not to be so rough and they looked at me like I was a nuisance. No smiling or conversation and overall just a horrible experience. Upsetting as I live local, but won't be going back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! Totally awful place, second and last visit though 5 minutes from home. Went for pedicure rude,unpleasant staff member, water freezing, too cold to put feet in in winter, staff person unpleasant when I mentioned this. Very ordinary massage followed by a spray of freezing water water on both feet. I mentioned this and got a very rude who cares" type of response so I curtailed the whole process. There is not a good review here why is there no attempt to improve the service?"

Great service and skill, my nails never looked this good before!Consider booking an appointment rather than walking-in (especially during peak/holiday period), as they can get a little short-handed.Overall, great experience and I would come again.

I had my fair share of bad service with the previous staff but there are not working there anymore. I gave myself another chance last week as i live nearby n there are 2 new staff there now. Give them a chance as they are nothing like the previous staff who were rude n nonchalant. The new staff area friendly n chatty n when my gel nails chipped after a day they repaired all 10 nails within 5 mins with no charge n with a smile. Try them again n u will be surprised how nice the new staff are. They have been here only 3 weeks so try them out. The boss wants to repair the damage the previous staff had done.

Had a pedicure done, skin on my feet were all rough, massage was rubbish, polish not up to standard, nothing good about this place no wonder it was empty. Very poor customer service too. The ladies in there look grumpy no conversation

Just my experience, 3 times phoned in the past. Come on down she says, So i do.........the last time, 1/2 wait when i got there and only ONE person doing nails. so i left. just today, phoned and get an answering machine (diff number)........... done going elsewhere

Nails chipped within a week and was told that it is normal for refill and she has to chargeAlso they never open on time waited 20 on sunday qas to open 11 am2 ppl working here and often if its after 3 pm they turn you down because too busy

Would give zero stars if I could. Such a shame how unpleasant this place is, when it's based in such a nice area! There are never enough staff on for the amount of customers that walk through the door and they always open late. I waited at the door for it to open one morning with another woman, we both had plans and needed an early appointment. The nail technician parked her car right outside the salon, saw us waiting and decided to sit in her car instead and text for about 10 minutes - we couldn't believe it. When she finally got out the car, she didn't even look us in the face or say sorry... just unlocked the door and shut it on us. I have also been left on the spa seat before, with my feet in the bath for over an hour - the water grew cold and my feet were uncomfortably wrinkly, when I took them out to rest them on the edge one of the employees yelled at me to put them back in in front of the few customers that were there. I hate this place, and it's such a shame as it has so much potential and is only a couple of minutes down the road from me... I would honestly rather travel an hour to get my nails done, than walk down the road and get them done here.
