Terry had been servicing my $5K Wilier road bike for 2 years and did a good job and was very convenient. Beginning of May this year my bike was allegedly stolen from his work van. What ever happened I never got my bike back. I am now persuing the matter through VCAT in order to get the bike replaced. Oh and he hasn't even refunded the $60 service fee I payed at time of pickup. Summary: Will he service your bike? Yes. If something goes wrong will he look after you? No chance. 1 star cause I can't give less...
