I found this app through Facebook and I found their services very good. Got a good estimate and got their driver to pickup and drop-off stuff real quick. Their app is a bit laggy but their services are very good and they made furniture moving very easy

Amazing service! From the customer service team down to the guys doing the delivery, such great communication, went out of their way to help with last minute accommodations as well. Very professional and even had live tracking. Everything was so transparent that you’d have no room for doubt. Would 100% be using this service again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you

Excellent service. I was very pleased with Paulo and his assistant. Very competitively priced. Prompt, friendly and they were considerate of protecting our belongings from damage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Would use again!

The Picup team picked up my wardrobe and brought around, but then did not carry upstairs as was outlined in my job description. My partner was there to assist however their team said it was not possible and left the wardrobe downstairs. My partner along with two friends then ended up carrying the wardrobe up within a reasonable amount of time. I was disappointed in their service as professional movalists with a chipboard IKEA wardrobe only needing to go up a single flight of stairs it was a doable task. However, after I reached out to the team they provided me with a partial refund.
