By far THE WORST excuse for a post office. Been told they don’t have packages when they do, multiple times! They refuse to look for them without making a song and dance about it.The packages live in an old trolley or on the floor scattered everywhere! I’ve seen more organisation at a day care centre. No regard for peoples belongings, at all! The bloke needs to be prepared to suffer the consequences of his extremely rude actions… And it will happen one day if you keep up that attitude mate! You are so unprofessional and rude.Postal license should be revoked!You guys are a JOKE!

No post office at this centre only a post box for letters. Need yo either go inyo town on Lesley street or head down to Miami plaza into newsagent if you need the post office.

Not real post office it’s a news agency that receives post parcels I had some valued goods sent there and they said it was not there they where quite rude about it aswell eventually finding the parcel after I refused to go without it disappointed rude service should loose there post licance

I have to say and agree with many others that, this P.O. outlet is the worst I have been to in WA.The woman there has to be the grumpiest person and rude.They charge a minimum of $10 for a transaction….. and she harped on about how much it costs her per annum to have Eftpos. Surely that’s all part of doing business ?I know others have complained about the service.If they can’t be customer facing without being so grumpy, then they should give it away.

This is not an Australia Post office! None of the Post office facilities, can’t pay speeding fines etc. Change the name!
