These people are the best!We visited, thinking maybe, just maybe, someone could give our new van's air con a death certificate.We'd been unsuccessfully seeking help for weeks.Not only did they squeeze us in that same day but our problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes.But that wasn't enough. The amazing office girls then spent the next hour phoning around to source a new unit and organise for it to be sent to the Dometic people nearest to our home on the southern Gold Coast.I thank the Yetis people from the bottom of my heart.We knew we would finally find someone with compassion for our predicament and you went further than we'd dreamed.I wish there were 6 stars to give you.:)

I found this business very unprofessional. I booked my caravan into to have the 3 way fridge repaired as it would not get under 10 degrees.Received van back and told to keep on gas for 24 hours. After 48 hours temperature still would not get under 10 degrees. Rang and told to bring it back but could not look at it for 4 weeks. Took it back and was asked to leave overnight as they would have to run som diagnostics on the fridge. I was told that the cooling element would have to be replaced and they would do a quote for me. After 7 weeks I am still waiting for the quote. I rang Tethford and they assured me as the fridge would get cold on 240 volts, it would not be the element. After I had Yetis replace the gas regulator the fridge is working slightly better. The approx cost of replacing the element would have been over $1000. After receiving a reply to this review, as requested I contacted Yeti’s to discuss the problem only to be told never to come back to their workshop and to “F” off. As I was travelling down south, I booked the van into an agent in Bundaberg and after receiving it back, the fridge thermostat is set at 3.5 and the temperature is at 4 degrees. The problem was that the gas regulator that Yeti’s had fitted was a non adjustable and was set at 2.3 kps. When a new gas regulator was fitted and set at the proper pressure of 2.85kpa, the fridge was getting enough gas to work properly. So far I have paid Yeti’s a total of sround $600 for nothing. I would not recommend taking anything to Yeti’s as they are not confident in anything to do with caravans.Since I have had theftidgefixed by anothercompany. The fridge is working quite well. The temperature both on 240volt and gas now hovers around 2 - 4 degrees.This company might be sufficient in electrical and air conditioning but as far as repairs to 3 Way fridges go, they leave a lot to be desired.

Heidi and Dallas fitted us in on short notice and did a warranty fix on out dDometic and Thetford Fridge and cooktop in our new caravan. Extremely professional and above average service and advice. We arrived there really stressed, and left happy and well advised. Highly recommended.

Heidi and David were fantastic. Caravan fridge needed repair whilst we were travelling. Heidi had us booked in at 7am because fridge had to be pulled out, all fixed and back on the road within 3 hours. Dabid even cleaned 3kg red dust from under fridge from a previous trip. Highly recommend them for caravan fridge repairs

after poor service no quote provided after extended waiting times I payed the quote/inspection fee with a $500 verbal quote with no break down of what is required and no guarantee it will fix the issue of no cooling. I received my fridge back with damage to the outside with scrapes and dinting, was promised a call on next business day but nothing. messaged them and never received a reply. poor service poor communication

Still waiting for a warranty service, 42 days later.... They did not even bother to notify me of receipt or delay of job. Cannot recommend. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Made me waste my time... fortunately problem has been solved elsewhere .

Have only the highest praise for these guys. Had our caravan booked in because of an issue with our 3 way fridge. 15 minutes later it was all sorted. Mentioned that the aircon was making a clunking sound - within the hour that was also fixed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend.

I can't believe this survey has been sent to meI phoned them on a wednesday explained I was travelling and would arrive Mackay on the following saturday. I explained my issue re a portable fridge which was under warranty. They were the servicing agents for the fridge.The lady said get here at 7 to 7.30 on the monday. Then they would immediately evaluate order parts if required and have it ready on the friday as we were departing on the followiing Saturday.So i did exactly as askec. A lady greeted me very friendly had one of the chaps help me get it off the vehicle. She said they would get right onto it.I phoned late Tuesday to see what the problem was. The atttitude and tone of the woman I spoke to was far from the service one should expect. She said we have been to busy to look af it. I explained the situation and the conversations with the other lady emphasing we leave on the saturday. I asked her to prioritse it and she said I'll see what we can do. In an unacceptable manner. She undertook to get it looked at and call me back. Late Wednesday i called again. Same rudeness and pathetic attitude.She was not coperative at all. Thursday morning i rang the manufacture. The guy undertook to follow it up and get back to me.. H called back an hour later and organised for me to go to Annoconda and pick up a new fridge. Annoconda were then to reclaim the fridge frkm yetti'sI have spent a lifetime in the service industry. Yetti,s rates high on my worst serrvice experiences

Warranty job fixing the Dometic fridge latch. Went out of their way to help including moving vehicles at 8am to fit the van in. Experts!
