We just had our office end of lease clean through Cleaney.. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with this company. We were a little behind with the move and had to make a couple of adjustments in regards to start times etc. we spoke with John throughout and he was extremely accommodating with all our changes.The cleaner also did a really thorough job. We have hired them again to be our ongoing cleaners in the new location.

I rarely give bad reviews but these guys are terrible.I needed a bond clean for my average size, 1 story, 3 bedroom house. I explained to them that I’d already completely scrubbed the whole house and one of the bedrooms was already cleaned and locked. I just needed a once over, 2 bedroom carpets to be steam cleaned and a receipt to give to my rental agency.They sent me an offical quote and i agreed on a price of $350 for the clean that week.The day before the clean at 4:50PM I get a call saying that they want another $100 to do the clean because they think it is a bigger job than what they first quoted.I told them absolutely not as the house will literally take them an hour to do because I’ve already cleaned everything. So I cancelled the job and they told me they would give me back my deposit (which they forget to do and I had to remind them the next week)I went with another local company in Brunswick and she charged me $180 and was only there for an hour and 20 minutes!Moving is extremely stressful and these guys made that experience even worse. I don’t recommend them at all. I actually think these guys are just a booking agency. Avoid

This company is absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional. The service I hired the company for was end of lease with bond-return guarantee. The cleaner broke the hoodrange and also cleaned the bath tub with some strains remained which couldn't be cleaned later on. Our agent took the bond for several months because of these and finally sent $220 fine which Cleaney promised to take care of it first, but never responded to the emails and phone calls later on. So disappointing!

We hired Cleaney to do daily cleaning at our medical clinic. Couldn’t be happier with their service so far. It’s been 3 months. Cleaners are always on time and friendly. The cleaning itself has been really thorough. Very happy to have found a reliable cleaning company.

Thanks cleanly , you helped me in my hard time , your cleanes did very well job much appreciated and they have sent me lots of pics after cleaning as i asked them which i am attaching below although i was not in this country still you managed to get the keys from the real estate agent, done job according to them and I got my bond back from real estate.
