Fantastic service, the staff are very professional & highly attentive. They made our meal & dining experience extra special. The food is fresh, full of flavour & delicious. The menu is extensive with lots of options for different diners, we stayed for lunch and will definitely return and try the dinner experience. We loved the huge bifold doors, which are opened up to provide the restaurant with a lovely alfresco feel. The decor & fit out adds to the dining experience. I know I will enjoy my return visit soon!

Great food in a good location. Service was good but QR code ordering system terrible.Food was tasty and presented well. Good range of drinks and cocktails. Service was good as staff were friendly and professional, but the QR code ordering system which we were told was the only way to pay was so painful. You have to enter your details each time you order and Apple Pay didn’t work so I had to enter my credit card details manually each time. This tainted the entire experience.

We went to Downtown Istanbul for the first time as recommended by a friend. It was located the opposite side of suburb where I live. But it was worth the drive. My family thoroughly enjoyed the food. The food and service was a delight. The servings were huge. We had the meze platters and the King Adana Mixed Grill. Huge array of dessert on offer. We had the hazelnut baklava. Definitely unique. Ambience was excellent. Highly recommended ✨️ ✨️✨️

Great location in the heart of Hawthorne with a nice vibe and plenty of tasty Turkish dishes to choose from.The Mixed Meze Platter was a bit different, not had anything like that at a Turkish restaurant before!But the Lamb Shish was tender and very tasty, look forward to another visit to sample some other dishes.

It pains me to only give 3 stars for our dining experience tonight but the service was terrible, they either haven’t rostered enough staff or the staff have rung in sick. One poor girl taking orders and running food, no tables cleaned and orders taking forever. Drinks are being made by another young girl who also jumps between this restaurant and the restaurant next door.The food was not bad when it arrived but it lacked salt.I asked if the dessert of baklava could have the caramel sauce and cream on the side and the waitress told me no it comes with ice cream so I said good, it turned up smothered in caramel sauce and cream and probably the most rose petals I’ve ever seen, really disappointed that I had taken the time to ask and been told the wrong thing.Nobody explained if they were short staffed but disappointed as this is not the usual standard.

Overall : below average both quality and taste..Atmosphere was OK... hospitality was not bad too..Quality and taste was not great.. tried so many turkish this is way below average..pricing for banquet was ripping off and not worth it at all..Overall is not my favourite and may not go again.

The trio of dip platter is to die for. I’m vegan, but my sister and I shared this and got the hummus (V), olive tapenade (V) and she had the beetroot dip. So, so good. I also had the roast vegetable salad which they were happy to make vegan by removing the goats cheese. Super filling, fresh and flavourful. Also had a lychee mojito which was a treat. 10/10.

Lovely Turkish restaurant in a beautiful street. Free Street parking. Amazing cocktails, would recommend the Turkish delight Martini. Dip platter was very tasty. Dessert platter rich but fantastic way to try the different Turkish desserts and share with the table. Would definitely go back.

First timers going here because of the good reviews.For the price of food, it wasn’t that tasty. The customer service was appalling. Save your money and go elsewhere…. Seriously! Our bill was over $450The restaurant had a total of 15 people sitting down including our table. The kitchen was slightly busy with take away orders going out.After we had placed our order, we waited 17 minutes for our food to arrive, wait staff forgot one of the main meals, when we enquired about it the wait staff were abruptly rude and told us that it was our fault because we didn’t order enough main meals for the table. Then she said “it will be on the table in six minutes”, 20 minutes later the main meal still hadn’t arrived, by then everyone was finished eating. The female wait staff didn’t care, no remorse, nothing to try and rectify the situation, they didn’t give us a discount on the main meal (even though we enquired about a discount on the meal that was late), still charged full price.When leaving the wait staff simply said “see you later”. No “thank you for your patronage” - nothing!RUDEST hospitality staff I have come across in a long time.
