We have Brooke and Harry walking our GSD Loki for over a month now. They love Loki like he is one of their own. They also very transparent in replying to text in case we need to change Loki's walks or even just asking how the walk is going.Brooke also groomed Loki. He was so fluffy and smells amazing after it. I told Brooke its gonna be Loki's first grooming and she took her time and Loki was doing better than all of our expectations :DI will definitely recommend them if you're a local in Point Cook needing dog walker or groomer!

The service and result were amazing. My furbaby was in great hands and the communication and value for money were second to none. Cannot recommend more. Send your loved ones for a spa day to Westside Wag and be sure your furbaby will be well looked after.

Brooke is absolutely amazing and everything you want in a groomer and trainer. She's patient and loves all the dogs. I always have my dog coming back to me feeling so soft, clean and smelling fresh. I will constantly recommend her as I've never once had an issue and praise her for all the work she puts into caring for your dogs

Westside Wag really is a standout when it comes to dog walking and grooming. I am quite particular with the care my rescue dog receives and I wouldn't hesitate to leave him in Harry or Brooke's capable hands. They are professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their furry clients. I wouldn't send my dog anywhere else!

With the obstacle that is Covid, it was always super hard to get in touch with any mobile groomers in the area willing to take on an anxious, XL dog.However, Brooke took it on without a problem, to which we were super grateful for. She was so calm and patient with him despite his stranger-anxiety and the sheer amount of hair there was to get through. I don't think anyone has ever seen him whiter! A spectacular job for a more than decent price.Thank you!
