We have just moved to Ringwood. The Eastland store is terrible. The deli is barely stocked. Butcher never has any meat. There is never any chicken breast packaged in the fridge. Shelves are often bare. I’ve tried to change what time of day I come nothing changes. Never had this issue at Blackburn or Brentford Square stores. Disappointing.

This is a really good store. It's not particularly large but it has everything. Good parking behind the store, away from the main road. Very handy location. Great staff.

Woolies Easland is absolutely notorious for not answering their phone. I remember leaving my bank loan documents on their front counter a few years ago and l had to call bakers delight opposite them to go over and tell them to answer the phone (twice), after hours of calling. Bakers delight were able to tell me that there were 3 girls standing there, talking the whole time.This time 3 glass bottles of ice cream topping were put into 1 bag for delivery. The Uber delivery driver dropped the bags on the verandah, didn't ring the doorbell as instructed and left. As usual Eastland did not answer the bloody phone. Then to add insult to injury l had to speak to some weird contraption called OLIVE. I'd hate to think there was a serious emergency. Peeved off to the max!

Thank you for making my day! Excellent customer service from the young guy on the desk to the lovely lady in the Bakery department. IHave got exactly, despite some stores telling me they don’t stockIt anymore!! (How you can no longer stock a brand new product I’ll never know) what I wanted. A Wally Wombat chocolate roll. Can’t wait to see my families faces when I serve it at our New Years Eve get together dinner. Many many thanks

The deli sucks and are always rude mornings. The online pick-up bays are really difficult to get into and right now I've waited 15+ minutes for them to bring out my order.

A great selection of fresh produce and mote than just self checkouts like Coles.Good selection of cured meats, cheeses, preserves and sauces. They also have a wide range of vegan and vegetarian meat alternatives. Could use some better lighting inside, gives off a dark, stingy lighting.

The floors are always a mess. Staff don't pick up their rubbish after stocking shelves. The checkouts have a chain to shut them off when not open. But when open the staff don't don't clip them up. One clipped on to my walker and I almost fell. The staff tried to fog it off.
