The service is very average at this store if I’m being honest. Today I tried to use Afterpay in store because they have signs up that indicate that you can and no one knew how to do it and when it declined and my Afterpay app said they don’t have it set up, no one could give me an answer or figure out what to do despite having all of the signage and the site saying Afterpay can be used at this store, very frustrating that no one even wanted to find out or help, they just simply said that they had never done it before and that it was an issue with my bank. I personally would go to another chemist like ‘mychemist’ in box hill for better service.

They have a good range of vitamins here and all the usual chemist items. Fairly packed into the store with not a whole lot of room to move about with often prams in there.Staff tended to be distracted talking to each other at the counter instead of helping but they didn't take too long before coming to help.

Not the best outlook for a pharmacy but the service is polite and friendly. Most staff speak fluent Mandarin and English.

They are selling the medicine almost expired. The doctor prescribed medicine on 15th October. The medicine will be expired in November

The current proprietor Vincent is a very kind and humble man. He was helpful in setting up a new child vaccine appointment when original didn’t show in their system, because of system error. Thanks.

Awful customer service, I’m treated like a criminal at this Priceline. Every time i come in here, I’m followed around by their staff, constantly asked if i need help and I’ve had what i wanted to buy snatched off me. Today the woman who attended to me at the check out took a very long time inspecting the note i used to pay. I only come to this Priceline because it’s my local, might start going to the other chemists nearby.

I just gotten my Covid-19 Booster 4th dose today. I was surprised I was able to book my appointment for today. This was very important for me, as I work in Aged Care. I was able to go in and out quickly.
