Australia Post - Moe Post Shop

Picked up a parcel from here, was met with an abrupt rude woman who should not be providing face to face customer service. Big contrast to the friendly greetings I received at Warragul P/O which was great!

Worst customer service, just a bunch of women who seem to hate their jobs and couldn’t be more stuck up if they tried.

I use the Moe branch to send at least 15 express parcels a WEEK, so it begs the question why EVERY single time I drop parcels off I get the most appauling service! Last time i was in 2 of the cashier ladies had a 10 minute conversation between themselves while i had to wait in line with 12kgs worth of parcels that i was struggling to carry. If your lucky you'll get a hello at the desk but no sooner said they will start ticking you off like a school kid for not having the codes ready for them, like seriously what kind of service would condone telling off a regular, local customer for something that would take them no more then 15 seconds. Oh and it gets worse! They dont know how to work the Aus Post app!! I had to show them how to find a QR code for a discount and in the mean time the sly woman had scanned in my parcels so by the time i had the QR code up those parcels were no longer eligible for the discount. You 4 or 5 ladies behind the desk a Moe need to clean up your act. We are your customers and our parcels pay your wages that you dont deserve so I'd highly recommend you keep your disgusting manners within your personal lives and give us the respect and assistance we as consumers are entiled to.

Staff are most friendly and always willing to help. They have helped me pick appropriate boxes, proper padding and choose the cheapest posting options. They're sometimes understaffed, when there's long lines and only two or so people at the counter, but otherwise no complaints.

Excellent service, great staff. Not sure what the 1-star reviewers are complaining about. Staff know how to deal with difficult customers - whingers, thieves, people who are unprepared and don't have proper ID.

Terrible customer service, if I can find a way not to deal with Australia post in moe, I will definitely not use their services. Some staff who work there has no basic knowledge of computer skills and unwelcoming attitude towards to immigrants. It's almost like the staff are disenchanted and hate working there. At the end of the day there is no excuse for the dinosaur workers to have their job when a website is more welcoming. I found the website to be more effective than the service here.Management needs to act to save this store before it implodes on itself.

I was confronted by an extremely rude, vile woman this morning. Her aggressive, loud tone was not appreciated.It takes 1 minute to be nice, she obviously doesn't have the time to do that.This woman either needs retraining in customer service or removing.

I lament coming here. The manager is rude. We've had issues with parcels collected from Moe Post Office having evidence of tampering and missing items. I now sign stating damaged or missing goods. The manager has pulled me up stating if I don't sign as per ID, then she will just return to sender. We are compelled to use Australia Post for our business to recieve product. We've changed to other providors to send products, as even when we send product from Moe there's tampering, when we send from different post offices there's no tampering. Auspost you've got a huge issue with this outlet.

Bad service by manager Cindy she refused to send Australian post satchel witch was bought in another post office store very rude and docent have a clue that you can send you parcel in any post office nation wide she wanted me to open my satchel and put it in her satchel witch is exactly the same Australian post medium satchel pathetic and unreasonable

Staff needs to be trained better. It has now become very annoying ( after the thousandth time) being asked EVERY single time if i have paid for the pre-paid satchels. I sell a lot of things on ebay and visit the post office quiet often. The pre-paid satchels are not EVEN kept on the shelf so i cannot just take one and use it when i come in. Also a certain staff member always takes off the tracking ID labels on pre-paid satchels when i buy more. How stupid!!!!. The labels should be taken off by myself or staff when i lodge a parcel or post it away in box if they are closed. From reading the other reviews, it looks like the manager is very rude and probably not much help...
