Kind customer serviceBuilding/rooms nothing outstanding but more importantly very clean and quiet.Suggest hiring 2 bedder apartment as the room bookings are a bit crammed.Lots of parking and easy to navigate with a beautiful pool makes it pleasant.The owner at reception is very welcoming (Paul)

Rooms were clean but there was a musky carpet smell, maybe it was steam cleaned just before we arrived? Anyway apartment was a decent size and the reception staff were nice. Price was reasonable.

Enjoyed our stay here- apartment was clean and spacious. Close to the beach and CBD as well so that’s a bonus.

Great location. Close to town and beaches. Friendly staff. Helpful too. Although small, it has an adequate pool. Our room had a balcony. Price is okay. Daily housekeeping is welcome. But we had a couple of things that left us unhappy. We were on the 2nd floor with no lift. Despite the venue having 'apartments' in the name, there was no microwave. Our air-conditioner didn't work at all. And one of the staff (accidentally) nearly ran over my wife whilst she was walking in the car park. Not really a reflection of the hotel but just an incident. The aircon not working in peak summer made our stay stuffy.

Incredible team, nothing was an issue. Rooms were fantastic and a very convenient location a short stroll to town shops.We’ll be back!

Excellent value for money clean accommodation. Liked the convenient location, close to both Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Pool was a large size and good temperature. Appreciated the quiet of the room, despite the motel being busy, and families staying. No concern with parking on site.

Our very most place to stay in Nelson Bay. Apparently there are new owners ,but it's still the same,even after an 11 yr absence. It is so close to many places, and walking distance to Marina ( if you're fit and energetic)
