Took 20 minutes just to line up and order because the staff member taking orders was a newbie, food took 45 minutes to come out and it was over crowded with screaming kids on the playground, windows need sound proofing. No bread at salad bar and food dropped on carpet was ignored by staff. Egg left under heat lamp thus making it dry and rubbery. Pumpkin soup was tasteless and tasted more like potatoes. Jug of coke was a ridiculous $11 to which they pointed out one glass is $4.20. For a place called Schnitzel House they dont make very good schnitzels.

Disappointing. Beef schnitzel was overcooked. The chips were cold and there was no salad dressing on the salad. There was no offer of replacing the chips when I told the waiter

We ordered beef schnitzel, chicken schnitzel, and fried squid from the restaurant.The staff served us bread as they were sorry for making us wait so long.The schnitzels were well cooked and tasted great with salad and bread.

Very good tasty food and it's good value on your plate. The staff are very nice and most pleasant. You can watch sports while you eat.

Your named after a popular dish but unfortunately you don’t offer actual food when hungry people come to dine instead your kitchen is not available at certain times of the day we came in for a meal approach the bar two staff members standing chatting we waited till they finished talking found that very unprofessional as it was quite clear it wasn’t work related asked if they were serving bluntly said kitchen closed asked when it would be open told 6pm well if your gonna advertise the house of snitzel might wanna change that very miss leadingEnded up driving to the Coopers Alehouse gepps cross the xtra 22 min drive was worth it

My friend and I visit once or twice per week.The atmosphere is lively, with a good play area for kids. The chicken schnitzels here are the best. Very fresh, hand crumbed huge schnitzels, with a very good choice of generous toppings.The staff are friendly and efficient; we rarely have to wait more than 20 minutes for our meals.We always leave full and satisfied and would recommend anyone in the area give it a try (or retry).

Got a meat lovers schnitty tonight. Schnitty was well over cooked. Only ate half. That was enough for me. First and last time I go to this place. Easily can cook way better at home.
