We've been to this store for our children's bedding, and now our own and sadly the last purchase recently from this store due to it closing down. The staff are really helpful and wonderful to chat to. They have excellent product knowledge and explain everything well. Young girl tried to sell me a bed and she just wouldn't shhh and kept going even when she knew I wasn't sure what I wanted because of the price. So went somewhere else n got a bed that day. Being pushy just turns some people off. No is no.

Bought a mattress and arrived opened plastic cover asked for explanation and told no warranty it could be a second hand or been damaged. Went tp fare trading and they said because it was delivered they cant make the company replace it. Manager would not help has been abusive and argumentative.Head office said its only a francize company so they haven't any control over them. So there warranty isn't worth the paper its written on and there customer service doesn't exist so my advice is don't go near the place.

The customer service not good, the day I was there were 3 staff standing behind the counter laughing at chatting totally ignoring us. My daughter and I walked around the store for at least 10 minutes, I had to go to the counter to ask them to help us.

We ordered a bed and mattress in August. We still have not received it. We were told 4 weeks. We have received very little communication re the hold up and have had to chase them. We still do not have our products and are being told different stories from different staff members. I understand covid has played a part- but it doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or apologies for the delay.
