I give a star to the actual carpet layer who eventualy did a great job and Bronwyn gets a star for her friendly manner. The overall service though left a lot to be desired. The first lot of carpet we chose went 'missing' (im guessing they sold it as it was an end of roll), picked a new carpet only to be told it had to be manufactured first so it would be weeks then had to pick a third carpet. On the day of laying we were told the job wouldn't be finished. Lots of messing around! One of the staff members is also very rude!

Having been loyal customers over 17 yrs, curtains, roller blinds, carpet and having enjoyed great service, today that all got destroyed by an obnoxious and rude staff member. We were looking for full house recarpet and floating floor, and if being spoken to in an abrupt and terse manner wasn't enough she abused my wife when there was confusion on what we had been told.Bitterly saddened and disappointedFortunately Peninsula Flooring Xtra were most helpful and friendly.One star for having the doors open.

Could write an essay on how bad the experience was, from rude customer service and being verbally abused multiple times in my own home to the flooring guy smoking in our brand new house. Would give it less then 1 star if possible

We had a terrible experience in store. The lady serving us had terrible customer service, she was full on, abrupt and obnoxious.We were so excited to pick flooring for our first home but left with our heads spinning, feeling frustrated and in bad moods. As much as we loved the flooring, it put us off wanting to purchase flooring through Carper Court Kadina and have purchased flooring else where. Would not recommend.

Sad to say our experience with Carpet Court Kadina was not desirable. Instore we were served by a woman who was rude and abrupt, my wife tripped over a poorly placed display and not 1 care was given.I recently visited the store again to ask questions about care of the vinyl plank floor, again the same rude and abrupt service even to the point I was told weren't you listening to me" when I asked a question."
