Great customer service ! Bedelia at this store was happy to help me out with picking out some new homeware products!!

No one can really fault their sheets or towels, so lets not review that.The store is very open and vibrant.The staff are always friendly and saying hello as you enter the store. Then they let you shop at your own pace and don't bother you again unless you make eye contact with them.When they see you looking their way, they are straight up to you, helping you with everything. The person that helped me; she carried my stuff, helped me make decisions, and even gave me further style advice.The store has a great layout, and I found it really easy to find everything I was looking for.I browsed their online store before going into the shop to check out what everything looked like in person. All of the prices and discounts were the same. Although becoming a Sheridan Member gave me further discounts in-store.Make your house a home. Definitely shop here.

Went on Thursday night. Despite all signs saying they’re open online and on Google Maps, the store was well closed - this is at 7:30pm on a Thursday night - disappointing. Drove in 30min for nothing.
