Magic Mountain Merimbula
The ticket prices are WAY too much for what it is. For the 3 of us, it cost us nearly 180 bucks plus 35 bucks each for the tree climb, which has been deemed unsafe by work safe. My parents came as well, and my mum and dad (73 @ 76 years old) didn't ride the rides, yet they had to pay full price just to watch. Some of the rides you had to wait for as they didn't have enough attendant's to watch the rides so some would be closed so that the attendant's could rotate between rides. You can get a three park pass to all the theme parks on the Gold Coast for 180 bucks for 7 days unlimited. Magic Mountain is a rip-off for what it is. Don't think I'll be going again, not worth the money. They need to reduce the ticket price. Disappointing!Edit: As to the work safe deeming it unsafe - magic Mountain owner - that came from the very mouth of one of your employees not just something I made up.

Great place. Had a fantastic time.My five year old loved it.Only ride he couldn't do was the roller coaster. Was an inch too short. We spent all day there.Staff where friendly. Drink, food and ice cream available.Heaps of tables around to put your stuff on.Large grassed areas.

Saturday in mid January 2 adults 2 kids $230 plus food.Busy but not insane no super long queues. 11am to 430 pmGood value imo.We would have had between us 30 waterslide rides, 12 toboggans, 20 sack and tube slides, 12 roller coasters, mini golf, maze, and go karts.Kids had smiles all day.Couldn’t work out how to give 4.5. I mean there are a few things that aren’t perfect but we had a great day. Thanks

A must visit place, If you are staying in Merimbula. Can easily spend close to 6-7 hrs with kids. A compact theme park with unlimited access to rides.

Family Fun Day out lots to do for all ages above 3yrs.There's Mini Golf, Roller coaster, Dinosaur display, 2 waterslides even a toddler-5 year old pool with a little water slide lots more. Table and chairs take a picnic sit on the green grass there's a kiosk to purchase some food and drinks

Really disappointing. We paid top dollar for the tickets and a lot of the rides were closed, I really wish they would lower the cost of the tickets if half the rides aren’t operating for the day.Everyone had put their belongings on the picnic and cafe tables so when it came time to sit down for lunch we had to sit on the grass even though there Are lockers for hire. The toilets smelled really bad I didn’t even want to use them. They could definitely do with more attractions and rides. We ended up leaving after an hour and a half. Total waste of money.

Expensive for what it is. We did both the Magic Mountain and Tree Climb adventure entry for the day, but in hindsight should have done just one or the other. We booked our tickets on line and were there for opening, but we still had to wait in line for over half an hour while people ahead were trying to buy tickets there, and they were having issues with the system. Should have a separate entry for ticket holders. The park is open from 10am to 4pm, but with all the time wasted waiting in lines (over half hour for rides like the toboggan and grand Prix cars), you did not really get in many rides to fit around the tree top adventure which is a 2 hour long session. The rides themselves were ok, but like others have said the roller coaster was not working due to covid, but that does not make much sense when you are forced to wait in lines with about 30 other people for some of the other rides. The highlight would have to be the tree climb adventure. This really was a lot of fun and a great challenge for both young and old. With 3 different skill level courses there is something suitable for everyone (if you are not afraid of heights that is).

After having recently visited NSW after 8 year's for a family holiday. We googled thing's to do with the kid's and as a family. Was really excited to find this, but after looking online and seeing ticket price's, we didn't bother. Bring back family passes like a lot of other park's do! Make it affordable for families. And after reading review's glad we didn't make the decision to go

Magic Mountain is a must see in Merimbula. Park is clean if not a little dated but this just adds to the charm.Kids are entertained all day with minimal wait times for rides

If you have kids and want a fun day out, then this is a good place to go. Just be aware that it will cost around $50 per adult to enter and kids around $30. There is an over 60's entrance fee around $30 which helps grand parents reduce the cost of their visit. The good news is all the rides are free once in the park. There are lots of rides, but be prepared to queue for the popular ones. There is a small take away area where you can buy something to eat, but it is expensive so consider taking a picnic basket instead. Staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. We visited the park outside the Victorian school holidays so it was not over crowded. We had a very pleasant day there.
