Over the last few months I've had the pleasure of working more closely with Dimitri during the process of selling my Mornington property. Right from the start, Dimitri's genuine respect and excellent communication skills were evident. Dimitri initially came to the house to meet me and talk me through finer details of the process. He kept in touch regularly, clearly explaining the next step of the process - legal requirements, photo shoots for advertising, building inspections, timelines and settlement details. Whenever a meeting or inspection was required, Dimitri phoned ahead of time to ensure that times and dates were convenient.
