Professionals Belmore - Real Estate Agents and Property Management

In this real state climate, it was a challange to find a Realtor to help me find a rental property, after being away from the country for 3 years.I was very lucky to find the Professionals in Belmore.After leaving my request with them, I was contacted within a week and the first property they showed me was ideal.Since then, they have been helpful, efficiente and I could not be happier. Thank You!

Toni has been managing our properties for rentals for a few years now. We can not thank her enough, she is easy to deal with, always providing good advice and willing to go out of her way to help and ensure that our properties are taken care of. We really appreciated Toni and all the team at the Professionals for looking after us and always being available when needed.

Highly disappointed with the level of unprofessional behavior by Stephen.First I was called that my application was going to be approved and asked about when I will be moving in and told me that will confirm the full details later during the day but was never given a call back.Later upon asking couple of times I was told that owner has one more application and has not made a decision yet2 days into following up I see the advertisement that deposit has been taken for the property I was looking to rent.I atleast expect a formal response if my application was not going ahead rather than no response and ignoring my messages and calls.

Unless you're spending money with this agency they appear to have no commitment to customer service. I've made a mental note not to sell any property via the Professionals Belmore based on the phone interaction I just had with incredibly rude staff. Not a great look for a local business.

Strongly͏ recommend as an honest real estate agentI felt their respect and care for Michael and his team were fantastic. My later mother passed away, and my father, who spoke no English and was not up to the level of energy to assist Michael's team but there, came and helped my father with cleaning up the place to take professional photos and also with a challenging market with interest rising there find a buyer which exceeds our expectation.I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Belmore than Michael.Thank you for everything. It was so easy and stressless.

Gilbert and his team had been managing my property for rentals for many years and cannot rate him high enough - Hassle free and easy to deal with, providing good advice and willing to go out of his way to help and ensure my property is taken care of. I really appreciated that Gilbert was always available and took action promptly for any requests or issues I had. His brother Michael looks after the sales side. Michael recently sold my property and he is very knowledgeable of the market, and also so easy to deal with. Michael was upfront from the beginning and took his time to explain clearly all sales and marketing fees and strategies for selling, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. I also really appreciated his regular updates throughout the time my property was on the market, and appreciated his realistic and honest feedback. His professional, genuine and friendly down to earth service with a smile" manner made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process. Thinking from the Perspective of the Seller, Michael has made an outstanding performance. Strictly speaking, I was the purchaser and so Michael Sabongi wasn't my agent. He was the vendor's agent and so he had to act for the best interest of the Vendor. He was polite, diligent and punctual, providing response promptly.As the headline stated, Michael's performance was outstanding as the Vendor's agent. I recommend him to other potential sellers.
