I 've been trying to hire a bike and treadmill since August 2021 when I called and SMS for the first time. Followed by contact in september, yesterday and today. Still nothing. No answer, no call back, no SMS back. Extremely frustraing and very disrespecful with potential clients.

After experiencing a complete lack of service from the Northern agents, Cristian came to the rescue.He went above and beyond, well out of his way, to pick up a treadmill I had hired through the north agent.Very responsive, very communicative, very friendly and fantastic service.I truly appreciated him stepping in to resolve the matter for me and collect the treadmill. Just wanted to share that I had a great experience dealing with Cristian Izzini from BeFit Hire Adelaide. We needed an ergo so our daughter could train at home in prep for rowing events. Cristian's prompt service was top notch. Always answered my messages and org no stress delivery and picked up the ergo when our hire term finished.Thanks!!
