UV 4x4 Enoggera (ARB)

Poor service, poor quality products, and not interested in helping a customer.My new car came with an accessory that was unfortunately fitted by UV4x4. It became faulty at 12 months. I called them to ask for advice and was told to pop in for a replacement part, as they keep all spare parts at the Enoggera branch (which is an hours drive away). When I arrived I was told they actually don’t keep spare parts, so it would need to be ordered in and that I’d receive a call that week when it’s ready to collect. Frustrated with the situation, I called the manufacturer directly who informed me it should have actually been offered as a warranty repair by UV4x4 (even though I was told no when I asked them myself) as it is a known part that can fail. Thankfully the manufacturer sent me the replacement part, at no cost, with easy instructions and all is fixed now.UV4x4 were more interested in unnecessarily selling another part, rather than helping to fix the issue under warranty.Also still waiting for that call from UV4x4… it’s been nearly 3 weeks… I guess they’re still trying to source it, or just don’t care.

Bought a great awning for our Jimny from here. Regular brackets didn't fit our rack, but Tony sourced us some other ones from their workshop and ground them back to fit a treat.Great product, superb service.Thanks heaps

Only quality products sold here. This is not a warehouse styled outlet for high turnover. You don't get a sales pitch here, but honest information plus useful tips thrown in for good measure.

I ordered a set of old man emu struts to suit my 2021 jeep grand cherokee from here. To discover I was given ones that would only suit pre 2015.After finding a picture of the correct struts and advising one of the part numbers that had updated mounting myself via email.Having to wait extra days again from original promised arrival time.Then when I went to fit what I thought where finally the correct part. Discovering after I had pulled the front off my vehicle apart that I had been provided 2 left hand struts. Ruining my Easter plans.Going back to see if I could at least get a discount for the over 2 weeks and hours lost was offered barely anything.Now I have to wait a couple of days for a refund as they couldn't process the 800 dollars spent in one amount.To try and purchase the parts elsewhere.

Cannot recommend Tony and the lads at Enoggera enough. No messing around. Price was on the dot as quoted. Super fast. Tony rang and confirmed my appointment the morning of and was just so lovely to deal with. How nice to have such a pleasant experience with A1 customer service.

Very poor installation. Canopy central locking does not work, snorkel clamps were loose and they damaged the air box.

looks like some people working here have only fitted accessories on vehicles that don't leave asphalted roads. First time I hit a dirt road, the CB radio fell off. Power supply wiring to the radio, a kid can do better job. then the Cell fi signal booster stopped working. was not even detectable. After that the CB radio antenna lost the grub screw and became loose. Now the Cell fi signal booster antenna is loose. All this just by travelling on non asphalted country roads at 60 kmph. Its just 4 months since all this was fitted on my car.
