Ben & Adam upgraded our system. They put more solar panels on the roof of our 2009 Winnebago Longreach and installed a bigger charge controller. Their workmanship was second to none. Due to being a novice with 12 volt power I made an expensive mistake that was entirely my fault, the guys at Solar ‘N’ Sat were very helpful. At the last minute before a 4 day closure Ben was doing his best to help me out with my issue and his willingness to assist was greatly appreciated.

There are many sellers for caravan- and motorhome solar and sat systems out there, but not all of them are truthful, affordable, or reliable. Often, once you have the long-desired system in operation, some minor gremlins may show, but how is it when it comes to supporting you when things turn out not quite the way one wanted?If you do not already know how lucky we in Bundaberg and surrounding areas are, there is one company way above the rest.it's SOLAR 'N' SAT , we think, there is just no one better out there, humble, down to earth, always friendly and so helpful, the range of hi-tech quality products is excellent and fairly priced. The gems within are the technicians and staff members they make you feel and see that you are really important to them.

I was having all sorts of trouble charging my caravan lithium batteries, after speaking with Ben, David and Adam, and a couple of trips into the store to try and sort it out, finally everything is working fine. A new panel, wiring and regulator, my 200ah lithium battery drops to approx 75% overnight and is fully charged to 100% before lunchtime eachday. Cannot recommend these guys enough. They know there stuff and will bend over backwards to help. Since having my issues sorted out, a campground companion who was also having issues rang the guys on my advice, and had some equipment posted up in no time flat. He now appears to have solved his issues also.

Couldn't rate these guys highly enough. Im touring Australia with a van and had an issue with my solar not charging the batteries. Despite being flat out, Ben and the team made time to see me and fix my problem. Unbelievable service guys, thank you so much, now I have power again.

Solar n Sat installed a large stand alone solar system including gel battery a couple of years ago when they were based in Gin Gin (just before move to Bundaberg). They were very busy but pleasant to deal with and efficient, happy to sell and install over $25,000 worth of stuff. Don't count on them for follow-up though as they are too busy and really don't want to know you. They let us down on two occasions so really felt I need to put this out there. They are great for installation, not for service.
