Over the past 5 years I've bought two large machines from the team and absolutely love them, they get used daily with large loads for my pet treat business - On a few occasions I've required parts, Kristy in Customer Care is amazing! organizes the replacements swiftly and is very easy to deal with.The manufacture warranty is a bonus inclusion.I will be buying from Commercial Dehydrators again in the future if ever i need to expand.

I have used many dehydrators in the past but none this good .I purchased the 16 tray and was pretty impressed with the machine and also with the service and prompt delivery. The machine is easy to clean and operate. I highly recommend!
