Very old machines and the i use was leeking and i called the owner just for them to say it will a few weeks to fix the machine and today i lost $10 on one of the machines hope to get my money back

Twice I lost money here. After loading up the wash and putting in the cash the machine wouldn't start. Called the owner, left my details but they never reimbursed me. Now I go elsewhere to a much better and modern place. Wouldn't go here

Had so much difficulty at this place. When I called the number to get help, the attendant was very rude.Called me at 8am on a Sunday morning (only day off for the week) to discuss the refund, I had my phone set to do not disturb but they called twice so it rang instead of just leaving a voicemail.Lost $34 here because of faulty machines and was then blamed for it myself.I wish I knew about the modern laundromat so close by beforehand, they’re wonderful, easy and all their equipment is much more up to standard than here.

The washing machines and dryers are fine, but the coin change machine didn't give me money back. I lost $4. I left my details, we'll see if they'll reimburse my money.The next day the owner contacted me and he gave my money back!
