From the very start to the end , they made it a seamless and calming experience for the entire family which made it so much easier for us. We really appreciated the special touches such as the dinner pack for the family to share at the end of the day and their calming words. The service was so beautiful and we really appreciated the professionalism and empathy that Gardenia FS provided for us on the day . Than you again from Gianna's family . Nothing was too much and you chased me for things to make it the memorable day it was. Pls do not look elsewhere, this is the funeral director for you. Our mother passed away on 14/6/23 and we never had a death in the family before. Michael Cox was absolutely awesome and assisted our family for a quick funeral. Quick did not mean bad service but the opposite. Michael was unbelievable with his communication and empathy. Amazing!!! What he did for us over the week was truly magnificent and he made this stressful time so much better. Such a caring company. A special mention to Dom who was present at the burial, a natural in caring for others.
