Toni made the whole process of hiring a car seat capsule so easy, in what can usually be an overwhelming process for an expectant mum. I knew what seat I wanted going in and Toni replied straight away confirming it was available and provided all the other info I needed. My husband arrived on the agreed date and time and said it was a quick transaction, with the added peace of mind that it was installed by a professional fitter. The seat was very clean and everything on the unit was in perfect working order with no defects. Toni also explained to my husband in detail how to remove the seat and use the functions so he could pass the info on to me. I returned the capsule yesterday and my bond refund is already in progress. Would definitely recommend Brisbane Baby Hire to anyone needing their services. Thank you!

Amazing product and service!! We went to Brisbane for a week to visit my sister! I found Brisbane Baby hire online and dealt with Toni via email for the hiring process. She made it super easy and was very friendly. The website is very transparent, no catches. Prices are also more then reasonable, especially for the quality. We hired the car seat and cot. The car seat was amazing and the same we own back home which was extra nice. The cot came with clean bedding which was also amazing to not have to pack ourselves. Toni even communicated back and forth with my sister for install and drop off of the car seat and cot. Above and beyond customer service!! Our bond was refunded within the first business day of returning the items. Can’t fault!!Every visit to Brisbane we will be using this business. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend!BBH was the only place I could find Nuna products for hire to match our owned items.Service was provided early just in case bub came unannounced. When it was time, the previous customer had lost our intended capsule but Toni worked with us to provide another comparable item to make sure we were sorted and went above and beyond to then replace that item when our original choice came back in stock.Delivery service was greatly appreciated being on the Southside of Brisbane. I would not hesitate to use Toni's services again and will be encouraging others to do the same.

I used Brisbane Baby Hire recently to hire a bunch of gear for parents at our wedding, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the first email with Toni, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and went WAY above and beyond in making sure we got what we needed. On top of that, the portacots, high chairs etc that we hired were in great nick, well packaged for transport and the cheapest price we found by far. We would hire from them again anytime, and recommend them to everyone.
