I found O Briens to be helpful and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised and especially impressed with their going the extra mile to instal a lever tap control for the valve when they could have just done the little lever like what was originally there. My commercial Rheem Hot Water system sprung a leak and the water was running for days as the outlet could not be turned off. O Briens was very prompt and helpful and installed a much more user-friendly red handle lever (apologies I don't know the name of this lever) so that if it happens again, the water can be turned off easily. Thank you so much for that.

Had to have a gas line repiped and they did a great job running a new pipe through the ceiling. Great service and very professional. Will definitely go to them again for future work I want done.
