We loved our piano, and as soon as I saw this colour, I know this is what I want. Allan is very professional in pianos, we enjoyed our purchase at Australian Piano Centre, they do lots of German pianos, that's why I bought my piano there:)

It was a very pleasant experience visiting Australian Piano Centre and chat with Allan. I am a piano player and recently thinking to upgrade my piano. By talking with Allan, I can tell he is very professional and knowledgeable and he has lots of passion about pianos. Allan spend over an hour time chatting with me about pianos and classic music as well, and he never pushed me to buy anything. He told me to take some time to have a good think about it as it is a big investment. Great service and very nice attitude , I really appreciate it.

I am impressed with the level of services I received at Australian Piano Centre. The store manager Allan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions regarding different pianos and explained all details to me. Finally , he helped me find the perfect piano for my home. The delivery and setup were flawless. Highly recommend Australian Piano Centre for buying a quality piano. Excellent customer service!

This is a fantastic piano store !When you walk in to the main showroom, you can see and feel the quality of their pianos are quite different compare to many others. And they have a large collection of real German made pianos from basic upright to 9ft concert grand. The store manager Allan is a highly experienced and reputable piano specialist.I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a good quality piano.

shocking discrimination experience at Australian Piano Centre!!Visited this store with my husband and my mum this morning because we wanted to buy a second hand grand piano as a furniture for our house (Yes, I said furniture and we are buying one for decoration purpose).As my husband and I are not professional piano players so we don't have much knowledge about the sound quality vs sizing vs material, we entered the store and asked if they also sell preloved pianos, the tall asian sales guy walked us into a small and dark room with piles of pianos, and then we asked if they have preloved grand pianos...During the conversations, the sales man looked at us from head to toe and I don't know for what intention, the sales guy started asking if we live in an apartment as he was implying a grand piano would be too large for us he also made a comment about wanting a 150 mini grand piano is like a man with only 1.6m height and of course a 1.7m man would look more appealing...I almost dropped my jaw when I hear that analogy...I don't know where did he get that confidence to look down on people and making fun about men being short or people living in the apartment (although we live in a house but what's wrong with people living in an apartment and still wanting to buy a grand piano?)this place is ridiculous...Re Allan's response below:Firstly, I left this comment for the right piano shop as we intentionally visited that street to check on pianos, one was yours and the second one was Piano Warehouse which is 2 seconds away from your shop and we visited Piano Warehouse after walked out of your shop.I wouldn't have left my name on your record at all so there is no such a thing as 'fake customer' coz technically I walked out of your shop without making a purchase.Regarding the apartment/house issue, I take it as bad selling approach as you explained.As for the tall/short man analogy for explaining the pianos - I can tell you it was a tall sales person who was about my husband's height in white shirt and suit pants with a 'H' logo belt.That's all I can tell and no point contacting you as I won't be visiting again.

After some comparisons, I have purchased an Irmler Europe upright piano for my son as his first piano. My son's piano teacher has visited our house and tested the piano. She is very happy with the sound and keyboard of the piano. Special thanks to the manager Allan , very knowledgeable and nice person. If you are looking for a high quality piano , I would definitely recommend Australian Piano Centre.

Recently purchased a YAMAHA used upright piano from Australian Piano Centre for my kids, after some comparisons in the market, I just felt that the conditions of the used pianos here are really good, and I am supprised that they provide 10 years warranty for the used pianos too. The store manager Allan was very quite helpful and friendly. Very happy with the piano and services!

My son attended the exceptional master piano class hold by Australian Piano Centre. It was truly an unforgettable experience for my child. The opportunity to play on the high standard pianos was remarkable, not to mention having the chance to be taught by Australia's most renowned pianist. The staff members were incredibly friendly, and the extraordinary sound quality of various brands of grand and upright pianos was impressive. Without a doubt, this is the best piano shop in Sydney!

Allan is a very knowledgeable piano specialist. He helped me with choosing my second piano. And we had some nice chat about pianos and music . I have been playing piano for more than 10 yrs now and recently just upgraded my old upgrade piano to a brand new German made Irmler upright piano. I really like the sound and tone of the piano , and I enjoy practicing piano more now. If you are looking for a good piano, Allan is definitely worth to be trusted.
