Not a good experiance with selling one of my town houses. I will never use nor recommend them to anyone . I have to say they are nice people in general but business wise they are terrible. They should be your representitive, you are paying their fees but what do they do they accept what purchasers lawyers are saying which at the end turned out to be wrong , they charge you for things that other party ask for . Changing from electronic to paper settlement , i shouldnt be charged as i instructed you to use electronic and if other party wants in paper they should pay.You pay their invoice straight away and they dont even bother to check and they delay your plan lodgment because they belive you havent paid.Cost after cost... frustration after frustration. Settlement and land registration should be a smooth transaction not they way these guys turn it out to be .Very disappinted. Think twice if you want to employ these guys, there are better services out there
