While the staff there are friendly and nice, I left the store unsatisfied with the quality of work I received. From the photos you can see the design I asked for which was a design they were promoting for the month. However the girl working on my nails clearly did not know how to recreate the design and her initial attempt looked nothing like the original design. After voicing my concerns, she called over her manager to help her. The manager rushed through the application as she had another client coming and as you can see from what I got you can barely tell that the blue is there. It honestly looks like I accidentally smudged blue pen ink on the cream polish. While the end result doesn't look too bad, I don't pay $70 to leave the nail salon feeling like my nails don't look 'too bad'. If the store is promoting a design, the manager should ensure that every nail tech should be able to confidently reproduce the design. Unfortunately I don't think I will be returning here.

Hands down the best nail place I’ve ever been to. I was lucky enough to get a walk in and I now cannot stop looking at my nails. The service was immaculate and the salon space was so comfortable and beautiful. The nail technician who helped me (so sorry I can’t remember her name but it started with a J) was incredibly sweet and her work was flawless. My nails also feel so much stronger and healthier than they usually do- even when they removed my old gel, it didn’t feel like my nails were being damaged at all. So worth the price (and getting cash out) and definitely worth booking ahead! Can’t wait until the next time I get to come in tbh!

Booking is essential for this store. Their work is very professional and delicate. It stays on my nail for a month to 6 weeks easily. You can see in picture that I took BEFORE take it off by them and put a new design on. It Kept me happy for 6 weeks every day. It never came off. Never troubled me. Highly recommended.

I had my nails done with my sister yesterday, and the experience was phenomenal! They took such meticulous and careful care of our nails and were very gentle. Other nail shops I've been too always damaged my cuticles because I have small hands and the surface area of my nails is restricted and difficult to work with, but the nail care process was seamless! They were very patient with us (as our mum was kind of hovering around and clarifying our design choices since we're both quite shy) and the nail art turned out beautifully. They pay a lot of attention to detail - I was amazed at how delicately and efficiently the nail art was executed.It was also my sister's first time getting her nails done, and she was ecstatic about how her nails turned out. It was also my first time getting a gel nail design done (always did solid colours and acrylics) and I'm beyond satisfied to have found a nail salon that executed designs so well.We've both gotten lots of compliments already, and since the nail salon is so close to my office I'm definitely keen to go back and try another design :)Thank you so much to our two nail artists for taking care of us :)

My experience at this nail shop was the best I have ever had, and I have been to many shops for a style shellac. I didn't get a name but she is so amezing!She is a very talented young woman! Thank you

The nail artist did an amazing job on the design and took great care on shaping my nails/cuticles.

Meticulous attention to detail. Very thoough and great outcome. Only downside was they only do gel or shellac and no polish. Takes time but worth it.

I am super happy with the nail art I got. Roa was so meticulous, patient & attentive. Not only was she gentle, she also kindly offered my daughter a blanket when she felt cold. I've booked my next appointment with this salon ❤

First visit to Blancblue and experience was great. I had monthly design, took 1hr and 15mins and lady who did my nail is into every details. You probably cant expect exactly the same as the display but it was pretty good, except she buffed off the shine of the jewellery a bit on my left hand. Still give them 5 stars because it is still the best time at nail salon. Staff are friendly and professional at their jobs. Booking is essential and cash only. Recommended.
