BIMPAA CLEANING
Didn't turn up, then was late on next appt. Everything was left filthy. Think it was honestly dirtier when they left than when they arrived. Toilets visually dirty and not touched No wet dusting as coffee mug rings were still on table and floors looked like they had been mopped with mud. Never thought a job could be done so badly.

Appalling. 3 confirmed bookings in text and verbal over the phone, and 3 times someone failed to show up. DO NOT USE BIMPAA CLEANING if you are after reliable and consistent cleaning.

BIMPAA CLEANING
I was needing a complete clean of a home, they only surface cleaned, the windows were left with cloudy streak marks and window sills not cleaned, door frames and handles not cleaned, tops of cupboards not cleaned, marks left on walls. I was charged $400 A waste of money and my time I would not recommend this business

Cleaning was reasonable. Communication is appalling. I booked 2 cleans which were both rescheduled hours before arrival then neither turned up & had to be rescheduled for another day.

BIMPAA CLEANING
I bought a voucher for cleaning, they did not turn up and claimed that the voucher was used. Dishonest and unreliable. Positive reviews must be from friends....note they are all same nationality names....and two reviews have the same name, but one is abbreviated..... .and one is over the top, how she cried when she saw her cleaning....hahaha....how dishonest can you get!!

Bought a 2 hour clean through Cudo.Eventually booked for 11am.Had to chase through Cudo to get any response to messagesCleaner eventually arrived at 2.30pm thus ruining plans for the day2 cleaners arrived and stayed for 1hour - told me that was a 2 hour cleanLeft cobwebs throughout the house - didn't have a dusterWhen leaving I pointed out that the hallway had not been vacuumed due to the large lumps of cat fur on the carpetAll in all not a satisfactory experienceUse them at your peril

Worst cleaners I have ever come across. They were nearly an hour late on the agreed time and then the cleaning done was substandard. My Agent wrote a list of items that needed more attention so I got the cleaners back for a second time - THEY DID NOT EVEN COMPLETE THE ITEMS ON THE LIST despite sending it through to them. I had to clean it in the end myself because I couldn't be bothered with this company any longer. Waste of $350!! Would never use them again or recommend them. Much better cleaners out there.

BIMPAA CLEANING
I purchased 2 coupons for cleaning and window cleaning. I arranged for them to come today. I sent the coupons through to them (bad mistake) and they said they couldn't do the dates they agreed to. I emailed them with no response. I texted them with no response. I emailed again and got a reply that a person was coming. It is now after the time someone was coming and again no response to my call or text.

BIMPAA CLEANING
Could not contact anyone finally did and booked window and oven cleaning time. Got message hours after they were due saying “have fever” will get someone else to come tomorrow, no call nor cleaner. Sent many texts and called a lot but no answer. Finally got text saying they would come on Saturday, had a message saying cleaners on their way. Never saw nor heard from them. I repeatedly sent text but nothing from them. Not reliable at all. I am down $150 as brought it through Groupon. Told them I want a refund and am contacting Groupon. Would not trust anything they say or rather don’t say.
