I haven't got up on the roof to use my flue brush kit yet, but the quality of the product is excellent and the service was fantastic. Good to see a 'Aus made' company that seem really proud of what they are doing.

Wasn’t too sure about spending the extra on a chimney sweep brush, so originally bought a cheap one off EBay. Didn’t work anywhere near good enough to improve the airflow to my wood heater so I bought a better one from Bush Bee. Arrived within 48 hours from ordering and is really good quality. Fire is roaring better than it has done since we moved into this house. You get what you pay for I guess. Can tell the brush will last me a lifetime.

The customer service in this company is excellent. Ordered two replacement skylight diffusers and found that I had measured incorrectly. I rang the company and they gave me great advice on how to correctly measure and I then returned the skylights to be recut to a smaller size. Very quickly posted back and they now fit perfectly and a great improvement from the old prismatic ones.

What an awesome company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. A bit late posting this review but better late than never. Dealt with them over Christmas/New Year period and they sent me a sample of what I was looking for (even though they were closed) and voila perfect so I ordered them.Good to know we are supporting an Australian business and good on them for going the extra mile.Thank you so much.Oh and the product solved our bird issue.

I dropped in unannounced this morning and was met by Dearna, she was very helpful, understood the products and a delight to deal with, I purchased a Rock Off and I can see the quality and fit for purpose of this product.I fitted this to my SsangYong Musso, fabricated a couple of brackets that hang from one of the 4 towbar bolts either side.Happy days touring with the van.

Purchased a flue cleaning kit from these guys a month ago, went with the 5 meter kit with two brushes a 3 inch and 4 inch, the kit has had a workout over the last month and it's been great, brushes are tough and made well, the thread on feature with locking grub screw has been a great feature to prevent the brush coming off inside the flue. The ordering of the product was simple and straight forward with friendly sales staff and was ready in under two days. I highly recommend this business for great Aussie made quality brushware products.

These guys make a great product and give the best service. Thanks so much Andrea for getting my Rock Off Brush to me in time for my trip away. If you want to look after the front of your van or trailer then this is the best product for it. Easy to make up a bracket for it to hang behind the rear axle and will last forever. thank you Andrea, the items came and I installed which I was very happy with the product designed for its purpose , no more wind and spiders sneaking through . especially the samples I had a week before they were really good and handy to try out the correct fitting and the feel what they look like post installation , very smart idea , risk free , highly recommend to get this sample first . Needed HDPE rod to specific diameter. They measured stock and confirmed they had one that suited before ordering. Unlike other suppliers who just bleated about engineering tolerance and sent rods too big for the job.
