Elie was understanding and tried his best multiple times to fix my notorious Holden Cruze. There was a major problem with the car and after negotiations and communication Elie was understanding and was able to compensate for some of it. He was friendly each time I went in and explained things easily.

Had all of my family's cars serviced by Elie and his team for nearly 20 years. All maintained to a very high standard. Have recommended and will continue to recommend HRA

What a great mechanic shop! It’s hard to find a good mechanic that doesn’t take advantage of people however Eli and the team not only know what they’re doing but are extremely talented, I recommend Hallam automotive for anyone that’s looking to get their car fixed in no time these guys are fast and extremely talented and very nice people to deal with.

Never thought i would be as comfortable to leave my car in such great hands. Experienced and well mannered workers here and hallam auto. Had a couple issues with the car which these guys have made my car feel brand new. The use of oem parts instead of aftermarket ones unless instructed to. Very professional and would continue to take my vehicles there if any issues arise. Recommending this place to all family and friends, Well done boys keep up the great work

Great mechanics. Incredibly knowledgeable and persistent. Willing to put in the time to solve your tricky car problems. I have been taking all of our cars here for a few years now and am always impressed with the high level of customer service. I could not recommend more highly.

Definitely need to leave a 5 star review for these guys. I was recommended by a friend and Eric and Elie looked after me. I'll definitely be bringing my cars here for future services. The workshop is impeccably clean, the service is outstanding, and most of all (unlike other mechanics I've used) they aren't trying to look for things to be wrong with your car just to make money. I get the feeling they care more about winning you as a long-term customer (if not lifetime) over overpriced quick wins. Definitely talk to these guys, you're leaving your car in the best hands in the business.

Had to correct my review with my correct profile.We’ve had a number of vehicles that were purchased from brand new. Always had the mentality to take it to the dealers service centres and have always left feeling the vehicle to be sub standard to the condition it went in. Services, upgrades and many other reasons to visit a service centre.I had sold a vehicle and needed a RWC and visited Hallam Road Automotive, I wanted to do the right thing on behalf of the buyer and the service I received from the lovely lady behind the counter to the gentleman who handed the keys to me on pickup was far beyond any service I had received from any service centre.My business has over 15 cars and trucks, I now entrust all of my fleet with Eli and his team.On one occasion, I had lost my $100 note in the vehicle a day prior and was found by one of the service team and handed to me upon collecting the vehicle.On multiple occasions the owner of the business has taken time away from his family after hours to assist with our broken down trucks and vehicles.It is extremely rare to find trust worthy businesses these days, but I’m glad they still exist.Thank you for all your work over the years.If anyone would like my review confirmed, you’re welcome to contact me directly anytime.Kemal EfeUnited Stone Melbourne
