Absolutely impressed with the level of service provided. From the first booking the staff were punctual to update me with appointment details. Upon arrival the desk staff were friendly and helpful. The radiology staff were fabulous and communicated clearly what was happening. The most amazing thing is that everybody had a smile (underneath their masks).

The attending staff was really helpful and polite but I was quoted $190 gap for CT scan. I got the same test bulk billed by another provider in the same area and also a pre assessment to cover any risk from the scan.

I recently visited Hurstville I-MED for a neck X-ray scan and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The reception staff were efficient and I only had to wait five minutes before being seen by the radiographer, Esther. Esther was incredibly caring and friendly, taking the time to explain the process clearly and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The overall experience was seamless and stress-free.

First of all, the dr asked an intern to do the scan for me. It took quite a long time.Then, the images are so vague and the reports are no written in details. In China, I was ranked as TR4 but here is TR1. How can result be so different? My nodule even grown bigger! I just feel like they are no that professional!

Horrible experience do not go here! I called up to book my ultrasound with the referral emailed directly to the location from my doctor. The day prior I spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed they have the referral on file. I had to take leave from work to attend this appointment. I attended the location 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, for the appointment I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Then when I got to my turn they told me I was late for my appointment and they weren’t able to see me. I told them that I was on time and I had to wait in line for the past 30 minutes. Then they said oh well we don’t have a referral for you on file. I advised them that I had confirmed twice prior to the appointment over the phone and they let me know they had the referral on file. It’s not my fault your air head of a receptionist doesn’t know how to do her minimum wage paying job. Not to mention she looked like she had taken 5 Xanax’s before her shift she was that off with the fairies and slow.

I went there for Ultrasound. I was running late because I wasn't been able to locate the center. I called them twice and selected the options, someone picked my call and directed to take lift from station. (FYI wasn't helpful instead tell them it's inside the station, and tell them to take escalator)and I clearly told her I'm running behind. When I got to the centre the receptionist was asking me to book for another day constantly. I requested and apologised and explained her the situation but she was rude and throwing tantrums. I was told it was their policy to cancel the booking after 10 mins of booking time which I wasn't aware of. I was 15 mins late and I explained the situation but I felt like she doesn't care. But anyway the other receptionist asked the radiologist for me and sorted. It was very disappointing situation for me. I was asked to call them which I did and followed the options available yet they told me I didn't notify.

I was a bit hesitant to go to i-med in Hurstville as I didn't have the best experience in a different location in South West. However, all the staff members beginning from the reception to the radiographers and sonographers go above and beyond. Very professional, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend I-med in Hurstville to everyone.

One of the worst lab, because the reception and acoountants are unexperienced and also try to charged more if you are not on medicare, Because it has hapen with me when its been quoted from i-med radiology $85.55 only but after scan they want me to pay $255 which I have not paid and put them on call with call center than they accepted but unfortunatelly sending me the notice again, I have a written evidence with me which I have taken on the same day after my full payment of $85.55. So request you all to approach first to reception.
