The Team at Jialift were very easy to deal with and when one of the several Pallet Lifters we ordered wasn't the right size for special International Pallets, they came out and swapped it over and refunded the difference as the cheaper model was what we actually needed. GREAT SERVICE! A+++

The machine is all that I wanted and does the job very well. It is compact, easily manouverable and its lift height belies its size.If I may, I have a couple of comments -1. There is no operating manual with the machine. The LED dial has information which I would like clarified or explained.2. I have rang the supplying company an number of times to get answers but calls are not answered nor returned.3. Access to the battery is problematic. Stickers of Instructions are placed over the cover panel where it attaches to the machine proper. To remove the panel to get battery access would damage those instructions.

We purchased a scissor table 3 years ago which we use for a variable height assembly bench for timber doors. The lift has worked faultlessly for all that time. Jailift themselves were easy to work with, I would purchase from them agoin with no hesitation.
