No customer service at all. Phoned and went in to get a quote, no email or phone call back. Waist of 2 hours return trip driving.

I have purchased 3 Eureka sheds from over Vic, and was very happy. The latest being from HORSHAM. Never again will a buy from Eureka after this experience. Poor communication (actually none at all except if they want money) If you have already ordered DONOT pay until you know you have it. Firstly it won’t be coming for a variety of reason, no phone calls, no text, no email, informing you of why. Then when it arrives it’s not all there, Once again no phone call, no text, no email. So now I have a shed that is built and no roller doors, and we are told they don’t know when they will be coming, of course some excuses such as covid was given when we made the contact, Once they have the full moneys they don’t want to know you. I would suggest avoiding the frustrations and buy from another local dealer. We were lucky in having an excellent builder to build it and he helped soften every blow along the way

WARNING, do NOT use these people to erect your shed! They took my money and ran with the shed three quarters built. Now they just abuse me whenever I try and call them.

If you want a standard shed they may be ok?... We wanted a loft shed. After waiting for months and months for a simple 'TNT quote' we're looking elsewhere. They haven't responded to our calls or emails. Hopeless, considering we were looking at spending $40+K. Terrible business sense.
