We were served by Eden today. She may be just learning but please help her. She really needs training to be faster. It was the slowest, longest time We have ever spent at the checkout. She may be sweet, and singing might be her first love .. she was singing away to herself. But shoppers have other things to do too.

In desperate need of an overhaul. Frequent long queues to get out of the self service tills. Not enough cashiers on the other tills. Store often overcrowded and too small for area it is serving. Dirty parking garage full of nesting swallows and their droppings. Stock lines often missing so poor stock control. Fruit often low quality and you only discover that when you get home. Difficult to exchange goods at the service counter. The whole store has an unkempt and out-of-date feeling and Woolworths management should urgently look at upgrading the store as soon as possible

Great shopping experience always! Well stocked shelves. Ample covered parking, good access ramps, trolleys galore, public toilets - very clean.

This is the second time i’ve come to this woolies & asked to pack my own bags & the cashiers told me no .. & very slow packer as well .. maybe something to work on with the cashiers !!

Yesterday morning 19th May, a group of us cyclist were sitting having coffee at a cafe and the young Woolworths trolley boy doing his rounds at the range shopping took the time to enter the cafe to tell us that we had left the lights on our bikes on. Really appreciate that expression of concern. Thanks again.

I love it here. All the products of other Woolworths but less busy! Best place to shop if you suffer from social anxiety. Heaps of covered parking too!

I was served by Eden tonight after finishing my own 9 hour shift. She was so lovely, so attentive and she was really happy! She has great conversational skills and the conversation between us was funny and easy flowing! Loved my experience.
