AL Madina Halal Meat

Went today to buy baby goat shoulder the weight was 1.330 kg, surprised by the quantity after reaching home checked the weight it was 1.03 kg.They took 300 gms of meat! Shameless !!Never coming back here!!

Beware! Bone was in mince meat which I discovered while chomping down hard as I was unsuspecting. Tooth/teeth appears cracked and in a lot of pain. I pray that I don’t need any major dental work or lose these teeth God forbid. Avoid this place!

Poor service. I have been buying meats from them for over 4 years and always had to wait 30-45 minuets. Even phone order still have to wait 30 minutes after the promised time. They treat the regular customers poorly- as they think the customer will come back no matter what.I decided that I will no longer be a customer and went to blacktown halal meat. Quick 10 minutes service.

1. Ridiculous wait times on a busy day.2. Had hair on multiple goat curry peices.3. There wasn't a single peice without a bone and we pay $20 odd dollars for a kilo.

I went there to buy goat curry pieces. They charged me price for 1.76kg which is $41 and when they provide me then I realised that bag is not that heavy. I asked them to weight again then it was 1.2 kg. When I asked them for difference of 500gm. Then they said that they cut the fat. 1st thing I did not ask them to cut the fat. Then I requested to refund my money then they said sorry by mistake they forget to cut the other piece. But he added the ribs pieces of 500gm instead of goat curry piece. Seriously, it is ridiculous.Never go back again to buy the meat from this shop. They are doggy people.Moreover, they show us the weight of the meat before cutting after that they don’t weight and we also do not ask to do the weight again because we trust them.My suggestion to everyone please do not trust them and ask them to weight again.we are not taking free. We are paying are hard earn money and they are doing all these things.

The worst place to buy meat. I got 1 kilo of chicken from this yesterday. Didn't cook, so put it straight into the freezer. As soon as I took it out to defrost, I could smell something very bizarre. The chicken is coated in some cream-ish layer and smells disgusting. Purchased 1/2 a kilo of goat curry pieces. The meat wasn't clean, could find tiny pieces of hair strand in every piece of meat. Please avoid buying meat from this place.

Absolutely rubbish place. Just to serve one person they take 15 minutes for a few items. They quality of food is terrible. We purchased 1.5kg of mince that caused some people of the family to fall sick and have cramps for days.Better to avoid and choose a place with better service, more hygienic and smells like a shop in the modern era.

One of the best meat shop in the west. Never disappointed with the product or service. Best goat meat here.

I am surprised looking at the negative reviews here. From the looks of it people are comparing this against Woolworths and Coles quality, just so if you are not aware they batch process via machinery. Here it is hand cut right in front of you. Sure this still can be better but having purchased from Parklea, Desi Khasai in Wentworthville and Harris Park i don’t find them any bad given how busy they are during weekends. Meat is always fresh, if I buy goat leg it can’t be accurate with my desired weight, you’ll notice the same in other butchery as well but I didn’t have any qualms with quality of meat. If you have concerns with bone pieces in goat meat buy goat leg or shoulder instead ! There are odd occasions I did receive tough meat but most of the time it is good though tad bit expensive.

This shop sells the worst quality of goat meat and if you’ll order on phone, the owner will put more than the quantity you need and will charge you more. The butcher shop at sunnyholt road is far better than this shop.
