Ordered through drive through as delivery is always cold & missing items, young guy at the window was very lovely & friendly, repeated what I had ordered when he handed it to me, & everything was right. However when we got home noticed all our large chips were literally only half full not good enough, if we order large chips & pay for large chips, you fill it up or dont charge more then a small chips.

I purchased 6 pack of hot honey chicken today took to my uncle in aged care home and the food was terrible. So dry and inedible. Rang Morayfield store and was refused credit . Poor customer service

Food is nice but service could be more friendly. A hello wpuld be nice at times in drive through.More red rooster shops would be great idea as well.

I worked here for 7 shifts, then out of the blue they stopped contacting me, and I havent heard from them since like spetember octoberish 2022. I dont have anyhting to say but they fired me, then called up my friend like a month ago asking if they wanted an interview. small kitchen aswell, it was very cramped.

First time we have ordered for dinner, the order was fine, quick and all items were there. However, when I had opened my burger I could see the Bacon fat on the side, opened it up and saw just a raw piece of bacon instead of being cooked at least a little. Could not eat that the way it looked, it was a Shame.

Good food. And good prices. After today's visit I was extremely happy with the friendly staff. And the customer service was exceptional. Best I have had this year from this store. The food was much freshener and flavourful.. there have been some good changes here

Mixed uo the order, twice . Girls were nice. Chips had way to much salt on them couldnt eat them
