Visited Madison Cafe & pastries located in the Oasis Shopping Centre in Broadbeach, and I have to say, I was blown away! I must admit, I was initially a bit sceptical about the service based on some of the reviews I had read, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of attentiveness and friendliness we received.The cafe has plenty of seating options, with lots of tables available both inside and outside, which made finding a spot for our morning brunch a breeze. And speaking of brunch, the pastries were simply delicious! I highly recommend the croissants - they were buttery, flaky and just the right amount of sweetness.While our waiter did serve us well, I did notice that the order management could be improved. The overall experience was fantastic. And to top it off, the prices were more than decent for the quality of food and service we received.If you're short on time, they also have a takeaway option, which is great for those who want to enjoy a delicious pastry on the go. It's a must-visit for pastry lovers!

This cafe was very good. I didn't want to visit as it was part of the Oasis shopping centre. I thought it would be average so I didn't visit this place. When I finally did visit, I really liked it. I went back the next day too.Coffee was great and breakfast was great too.The people who work there are all lovely.

Service is a little slow as they are always so busy. Good food, coffee and cakes are very nice too. We call in for a bite every now and again, it never disappoints

Another establishment victim to being understaffed. Came here for breakfast. You order at the counter and then take a number to your chosen table. Yes, it would be good if staff could come across friendlier, but I guess they’re under the pump.The pastries were delicious and full. The toasted banana bread was a little burnt. Orange juice is not freshly squeezed.

Had egg and bacon sandwich which was delicious. The banana bread here is also delicious. Vanilla lattes very nice. Very quick to receive food and staff were efficient. Would come back.

Having mostly just stopped by over the years for coffee or a piece of overpriced but delicious rainbow cake for my son, we now have had a few meals here, the latest with our clan of 4. Its busy because of its location, not because of its offerings or service. The ordering experience at the till is abrupt, off putting and robotic. The lady that was taking my order, thought she was doing me a favour by her short sharp questions to get the order done for a table of four in sub 1.6 seconds. There was no one behind me for her to rush, there was no friendliness, no greeting, just get the order in and take the money ( sorry the eftpos payment with a 2.0% surcharge) with as little interaction as possible. The food is mundane, its not bad, its just barely meeting the brief, overpriced also I find for what you get, Coffee is not great either. Better cup of coffee at the end of the centre. Food expediters are barely approachable. I get the feeling that this isn't a great place to work. However, it is in Broadbeach, steps away from our favourite beach , so somehow makes us tolerate all that isn't in this cafe. Beach adds a star for an OK three.

Customer service was AMAZING!Food was great. The staff was helpful and nothing was a problem. Couldn’t recommend enough! Coffee was great as well!

Coffee is above average in the area, but the banana bread was burnt, not good for a business that charge you way above the average.After complaining to the staff the attitude was good, offering to bring another one, but the cook needs to refresh his/her memory on how to toast, -not burn- a banana bread
