I had to have hand therapy after my hand surgeon surgery and have to say I was feeling pretty defeated but after one session with Belinda my hand therapist I was feeling so much better. She was so understanding with my frustrations and explained everything that was happening with my hand and relieved my anxiety so much. Belinda is such a warm and caring person that really knows her profession and is amazing at it… She physically and mentally got me back on the right track in just a few sessions after my surgery…. Adelaide Hand Therapy
Early 2022, I severed some tendons in my hand from a workplace incident. Immediate Surgery and 3 months recovery.... Dr Jenny Roy handled my surgery fabulously. Followed by Months of Rehabilitation with the Hand Therapists, Belinda and Hannah.All the girls are very friendly and practice at a very high standard.I couldn't believe how re-assuring and comfortable they made this experience for me!From Start to Finish, I was thoroughly impressed with the support they offer and after a full recovery, I can honestly say I enjoyed this experience.Great work from everyone at APS!

My recent visit to Adelaide Hand Therapy for help with an old injury was an extremely positive experience.Belinda is an exceptional therapist who listened carefully, explained thoroughly the possible treatment options and then expertly crafted several splints which have enabled me to resume all normal daily tasks.A very friendly and efficient service and one I would highly recommend.

Adelaide Hand Therapy
After numerous different treatments and no success with De Quervain tendonitis, Hannah listened to past history, assessed my hand and wrist and gave me exercises that were manageable with busy mum life. The splint she fit and made for me was a lifesaver and helped immensely with recovery. Hannah and the team were professional and personable. I would highly recommend Adelaide Hand Therapy particularly for new mums who have the same issue!
