I don’t usually write reviews but the people at Hifi specialist were so amazing to work with and the new system that we have now is so great and easy to use I wanted to give them 5 stars. In fact, the whole process was just surprisingly quick and easy and the end result is exactly what we wanted.

Brilliant, courteous, knowledgeable and so, so helpful. That was my experience. I was trying to set up my 90 year old Mothers Bluetooth headset to my TV. I know that should be a simple thing but it wasn't so I called HiFi Specialist Dan and Whalla - after half a day on the phone trying all sorts of tricks of the trade he did it! For us, HiFi Secialist delivered in every way - advice, equipment, installation, and at competitive cost. It was clear at every step that the overriding objective was to provide us with a high quality, up-to-date system we could fully operate. With patience and clarity we were shown how to fully use , what was for us, new technology (NAS drive, ripping CDs, internet radio, use of smart phones/iPads as remotes etc). From Inception, to Design & Installation Hi Fi Specialist listened & understood where I wanted to take my Sound System and home automation levels to. Without them I would not have known about let alone now proudly own one of the most powerful refined sound systems in the world that plays loss less music files with no distortion. They attended a massive event at my home (180 people from 13 countries) to oversee the operation of the brand new 3 zoned sound system as I was unfamiliar being so busy.
