Very lovely store.ONE of the female staff was a bit rude, I like to slowly browse.Felt followed for a bit. Got a strange look from her after asking for price on something, like I had disturbed her.Thankfully the gentleman on saved the day, very pleasant, bubbly and engaging. I feel awful as I have forgotten his name. But when I go back (because of him) I will be a better customer and remember.Overall great store, hope they keep the gentleman who is the only one with customer service skills that are 10 out of 10.

Totally unhappy with the casual approach to getting a refund!! I sent a 150.00 product back in person 2 weeks ago and after a phone call still nothing has been done The supervisor has no idea how to do it as the girl is away ???? Little do they know I was looking at an $1800.00 Traxxas Maxx truck when the refund was done !!!! They have cost themselves a big sale!!DONT BUY ONLINE go in and buy over the counter and hope you get better service ???

The staff are friendly.Edited to add, my friend called up to inquire about a toy car and this store has it. They reserved it for him and we went down to take a look. In the end it wasn't the toy car that he was hoping for but when I asked about a board game, they didn't have stock but pointed to a few shops who have it.

carly (i think, i’m so sorry i can’t remember their name!) was so helpful! i was looking for a specific plushy that i couldn’t seem to find anywhere, i called this store as it said low stock and carly happened to answer and luckily was right there next to them, she saved it behind the counter for me as i quickly rushed to the store! i have been meaning to go back to look around more but haven’t yet, but i would absolutely recommend this store for whatever you’re needing. such helpful and polite staff :)

Very disappointed at this store. We’ve picked an item that was labeled for discount at $92, took it to the counter and was told the item was $109 at check out. We advised the staff member that it was labeled for $92, the staff member said it was labeled previously for Boxing Day sale and the discount has expired. He refused to honour the price tag and took the price label off the box and told us he is taking the item off for sell. Although he did let us buy it at the end with a matched price of $99 (better than nothing), it was still an very disrespectful experience.
