I changed from Sureway because I actually want a job and my hour appointments lasted 3-5 mins. Just enough so they could tick their boxes No help at all and I had a different person every time so I basically spent those 3-5 mins repeating everything from every other app. Great when it’s an hour drive each way.So I changed to these guys. No better. I’ve asked for training for possible funding for courses. But no we can’t do that. They make phone appointments. But no one callsI give up

Absolutely shocking service from wodonga store. One of the workers belinda went on a tyrannical meltdown while I was in for an appointment. She was abusive, threatening, completely inappropriate behavior. When I informed management I was threatened with misconduct, absolute scam of an organization.
