Although the venue is large, the training is not tailored for age groups. On the plus side, it is quiet affordable. There is no free trial for young kids.

Plenty of parking, I once watched roller derby there it was awesome, they should do that again instead of the gem and mineral shows.

Great place to take the kids to learn boxing or kick boxing,its great to see female kickboxing coaches out there teaching kids respect and defence

Attended a Crystal expo here.It appeared well maintained and featured a canteen which was handy for a cold drink.However no facilities for parents with little ones as there was no change table, really could do with updating the whole space, it did look rather dated.
